This Shipping Policy applies to all furniture orders placed on urbanfurncoq.com, outlining order processing, delivery timelines, shipping costs, tax rules and delivery restrictions for U.S. domestic customers.

1. Order Processing Time

All furniture orders require 2–4 business days for warehouse picking, quality re-inspection, packaging and carrier handover (excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays). Processing time starts counting once your payment is fully authorized and verified.

Large-sized assembled furniture pieces require extra reinforced packaging, which may add 1–2 additional business days to processing.

2. Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

  • Standard Domestic Transit Time: 8–14 business days after dispatch
  • Full Total Lead Time (Order Confirmation → Delivery): 10–18 business days

    Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier peak season backlogs or remote zone transit restrictions.

3. Shipping Costs

We provide FREE standard domestic shipping to all contiguous United States (Lower 48 States) for every furniture order, no minimum spend requirement, no hidden handling, packaging or curbside delivery surcharges.

Additional freight fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories; customers from these regions will receive a customized shipping quote via email before order confirmation.

4. Sales Tax Rules

Sales tax is automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping delivery address, in full compliance with Texas state tax regulations and U.S. interstate sales tax guidelines. No customs duties or import fees apply for domestic U.S. shipments.

5. Delivery Terms for Large Furniture Items

All oversized furniture is delivered curbside to your street address. White-glove indoor delivery, assembly and packaging removal services are optional add-ons that can be selected during checkout for an extra fee.

The carrier will contact you in advance via phone or email to schedule a delivery window; someone aged 18 or older must be present to sign for receipt of furniture shipments. Refused deliveries without verified product damage will incur return freight charges deducted from your refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your furniture shipment departs our Texas warehouse, you will receive an automated confirmation email with unique tracking number and carrier link. You can check real-time delivery progress directly on our website’s order tracking page.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently we only ship physical furniture products within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. If your delivery location cannot be selected during checkout, contact our support team for further assistance.
